ASL Social & Chat
We invite ASL Students, Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, DeafBlind friends and families and anyone interested in learning ASL to join us!! This is an event for the purpose of connectivity, and a safe space to practice ASL. If any questions, contact community@dhcc.org or asl@dhcc.org.

About the event
DHCC is very excited to host their next social event for our ASL students, and Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing community members alike!! Come together for your next opportunity to meet some new faces from the city around you that also LOVE ASL!
This event has the goal of creating a safe space for ASL users and students to get together and practice using the language, meet others in a pressure-free environment, and learn more about the Philly Deaf community.
Offered at the event will be optional games to play, videos to watch, chat circles to join, and more. DHCC staff will help facilitate the event and assist with making sure everyone is able to enjoy themselves.
Over the past year DHCC has been able to host a number of these events for our community, in order to sustain this and be able to continue to provide similar events, a cover donation is needed…

$5 Cover Fee to cover the cost of event fees including staffing, entertainment and refreshments. You are welcome to increase the amount paid as a donation.
